Session Fees

Individual counselling/psychotherapy rates are $180.00 per hour session. Extended 90-minute sessions are also available.

Equine-Facilitated therapy sessions are offered at a rate of $210.00 per hour, with both 60 and 90-minute session options available.

Sliding Scale Rates

A limited number of sliding scale spaces are available, starting at $50 for an hour session. These spaces are offered to support counselling accessibility to those in need. Please reach out to inquire about availability.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Payment Options

Payment for sessions is accepted via secure credit card processing through the Jane app or by electronic money transfer to hello@bridlepathcounselling.com. For clients paying via EMT, payment must be made prior to the start of the session. Credit Card payments will be processed upon session completion.

Direct Billing & Reimbursement

Direct billing is offered for select insurance providers. Please reach out to inquire about specific eligibility.

For those who are not able to access direct billing or choose to pay directly, after each session, I will issue a receipt that includes all the necessary details for your insurance provider to process your reimbursement.
